Where we ship

We currently ship to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. We don't ship elsewhere yet — join our newsletter to hear when that changes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. UK orders typically take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Taxes and duties

Prices include VAT for EU deliveries. No additional customs duties apply to orders shipped within the EU. UK orders may be subject to import VAT and handling fees on delivery unless these are collected at checkout — any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@mybareskincare.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and products within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
